4 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil or Vegetable Shortening
1/2 cup non-dairy creamer
4 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 3/4 cups hot water
Salt and Pepper to taste
Add the Vegetable Oil or Vegetable Shortening to a medium size pan.
Turn heat to low setting and add flour. Continue to mix the blend on low heat until brown.
Add non-dairy creamer and hot water.
Simmer, stirring occasionally for about 5 minutes or until uniform and slightly thickened.
