Buffalo Wings


  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup 
  • 1 cup Louisiana hot sauce
  • 2 teaspoons granulated garlic
  • 8 chicken wings (split, tips removed)
  • Salt to taste


  1. Spread wings in single layer on rack in baking pan. Sprinkle with garlic and salt. Bake uncovered 30 minutes at 425 degrees.
  2. Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients. At the end of 30 minutes begin basting the wings with the sauce. Continue cooking for an additional ½ hour, basting every 10 minutes. When fork-tender, remove from oven and keep warm.

Serving suggestions: Serve with celery sticks and homemade Blue Cheese dressing. Yield: 16
