Butter Cream Icing

Ingredients

Pastry
  • 2,977g 6X Powdered Sugar                   
  • 198g non-fat dry milk
  • 9g soda
  • 879g Shortening
  • 331g water
  • Flavoring to taste

Directions

  1. Blend powdered sugar, non-fat dry milk, and salt together.
  2. Add Sweetez Z and manually slice into small pieces to prevent splattering. Place mixing bowl and paddle on mixer.
  3. Pour in water and flavor and mix on speed 1 for 30 sec. Scrape bowl and paddle and mix for 3 min. Scrape bowl and paddle and mix for an additional 6 minutes.
