Cream Cheese Brownies

Ingredients

Brownies
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 ounces unsweetened chocolate
  • 8 oz 
Cream Cheese Topping
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 6 ounces chocolate chips

Directions

Brownies
  1. Blend  and chocolate together. Allow to cool.
  2. Cream together sugar and eggs until blended.
  3. Mix in vanilla and flour.
  4. Pour into a 9 x 13 inch pan.
Cream Cheese Topping
  1. Cream together all ingredients except chocolate chips.
  2. Add chips and mix by hand until blended.
  3. Spread on top of brownie mixture and swirl through with a spatula.
  4. Bake 35 to 40 minutes in an oven heated to 350 degrees F.
