Garlic Shrimp


  • 1/2 lb large shrimp
  • 1/4 cup 
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley


1. In a wok or large pan heat the oil and and stir well.

2. Stir-fry until the shrimp are pink and cooked through (about 4-5 min).

3. Season with salt and freshly ground pepper and scatter the chopped parsley over. Serve at once.
