Pie Crust

Ingredients

  • 10 lbs. all-purpose flour
  • 1 ¾ oz. salt
  • 6 lbs. 2 oz.  all-purpose shortening
  • 2 lbs. 5 oz. ice water

Directions

  1. Blend flour and salt together
  2. Add  and cut in just until loose flour adheres into a ball.
  3. Add water and blend just until water is incorporated into dough. Cover and let stand for at least 10 minutes.
  4. Sheet and bake as desired.
