1 ¾ oz. salt
6 lbs. 2 oz.
all-purpose shortening
2 lbs. 5 oz. ice water
Directions
Blend flour and salt together
Add
and cut in just until loose flour adheres into a ball.
Add water and blend just until water is incorporated into dough. Cover and let stand for at least 10 minutes.
Sheet and bake as desired.
