Bowtie Pasta Salad


  • 2 lbs tri-colored bowtie pasta, cooked, cooled and set aside
  • 2-1/2 cups  Parmesan Peppercorn Dressing
  • 4 TBSP  Mustard
  • 2 TBSP  Ketchup
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 red pepper, julienned or chopped
  • 1 yellow pepper, julienned or chopped
  • 1 green pepper, julienned or chopped
  • 1-1/2 cups diced cooked ham
  • 4-6  ounces Monterrey Jack cheese cubed


1. In a mixing bowl, mix the parmesan peppercorn dressing with the mustard and ketchup; whisk or mix together to grate the pasta salad dressing.
2. In a large mixing bowl, pour the dressing over the pasta and mix well.
2. Add the grated parmesan, then toss again.
3. Add the remaining black pepper, red, yellow, and green peppers, ham and Monterey Jack cheese and toss well.
